Outpatient-only practice
Patient-centered practice with manageable daily census of 10 - 15 patients
Modern clinic with on-site x-ray and laboratory services
Value-based care model focused on senior population
Excellent work-life balance with Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm schedule
Board certification or eligibility in internal medicine or geriatric medicine required
Collaborative team environment with strong support staff
Experience with Medicare Advantage and coordinated care preferred
