In this role, you will focus on delivering high-quality orthopedic rehabilitation services to patients recovering from musculoskeletal injuries, surgeries, and chronic conditions, ensuring they regain mobility and function through effective therapeutic interventions.

Work Environment
This role is set in an onsite hospital facility that is both modern and well-equipped with the latest physical therapy technologies. Our team works primarily Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, offering a structured yet dynamic team atmosphere where collaboration and patient-centered approaches are highly valued. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients with orthopedic conditions to determine their specific needs and develop tailored treatment plans.
- Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy and therapeutic exercises, to restore strength and mobility.
- Monitor and document patient progress in Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems, ensuring all treatment provided is accurately recorded and followed up on.
- Educate patients on injury prevention strategies, effective movement mechanics, and customized home exercise programs, fostering a proactive approach to their recovery.
- Collaborate with orthopedic physicians and medical staff to create optimal rehabilitation pathways that focus on improving patient outcomes.
- Remain informed about the latest advancements in orthopedic rehabilitation and apply new methodologies when appropriate.
Patient Population / Client Focus
The patients you will treat primarily consist of athletes, surgical patients, and individuals afflicted with chronic orthopedic conditions, providing a diverse range of clinical experiences. You will play a crucial role in guiding these patients through their healing journeys, helping them to return to their regular activities, including competitive sports and daily routines.
Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapy license in the state of Nevada .
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent educational background.
- Proven ability to develop and implement patient-specific treatment plans that meet individual patient needs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on building patient rapport.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Compassionate approach toward patient care, with a commitment to delivering a high standard of professionalism.
Preferred Experience
- A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical or outpatient orthopedic setting is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits
