REGISTERED NURSE

CarePartners seeks a compassionate Home Health Registered Nurse to deliver skilled nursing care in patients’ homes. The RN will perform comprehensive assessments, administer treatments and medications, manage wounds and IVs, and develop individualized care plans. Responsibilities include accurate OASIS and EHR documentation, patient and family education, and close collaboration with physicians and an interdisciplinary team.
