Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements
* Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
* Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
* BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
* Inpatient Rehab experience
Assignment Details
* Shift Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
* Weekend rotation required
* No on-call requirement
* Float to acute care based on rehab census
* EMR: Meditech
