Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements
* Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
* Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
* BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
* At least 12 months of home health experience within the past 3 years
* HCHB and Oasis Required
Assignment Details
* Schedule: Monday through Friday
* Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
* Productivity expectation of 30 points per week
