Urology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

Community Care Physicians seeks a Urology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide advanced outpatient care in our multispecialty group serving New York’s Capital Region. In this role, you will evaluate and manage adult urology patients, order and interpret labs and imaging, perform and assist with office procedures, and manage pre- and post-operative care. You’ll work closely with urologists and a strong support team in a physician-owned group that values collaboration, quality, and work–life balance, with opportunities for growth across our network of care centers.
