Inpatient Rehabilitation Registered Nurse

Encompass Health is seeking Registered Nurses to provide compassionate, evidence-based care in our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. As an RN, you’ll assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care for patients recovering from stroke, brain and spinal cord injuries, complex orthopedic surgeries, and other serious illnesses.
