The Senior Director, People Business Partner serves as a strategic partner to the Global Chief Revenue officer and Sales Leadership team and helps align business objectives with people strategies, including a focus on developing leaders and teams, driving organizational effectiveness, engaging our employees, and prioritizing the highest impact solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Required Experience & Education
- At least 12 years of experience working in Senior Business Partner role with at least 10 years in a Leadership role.
- Experience working in a global matrix led organization
- Human Resource related certifications expected (such as CIPD, SHRM, HRCI)
- Knowledge and experience using the HRIS system Workday preferred
- High ability for business judgement and understands business strategy, the needs of customers and the broader marketplace
- Demonstrated ability to leverage AI-enabled technologies, including Microsoft 365 Copilot, to enhance business performance, drive organizational effectiveness, improve workforce decision-making, and lead adoption of innovative ways of working while ensuring responsible and ethical use of AI.
- Must be data inspired with the ability to analyze and derive insights from large data sets, identify key issues and prepare cogent recommendations
- Possesses an innovative, insightful mentality with a willingness to challenge the status quo
- Relevant experience in talent management, organizational effectiveness/design, change management and coaching; proven ability to expand and execute on talent strategy
- Successful in influencing leaders and employees in making the right talent and business decisions to drive business outcomes; demonstrates a combination of impeccable verbal and written communication skills, advanced emotional intelligence, and savvy navigation of complex business structures
- Creativity and grit to skillfully problem solve and navigate dynamic, ambiguous situations
- Extensive experience in managing complex employee relations cases
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite skills with strong excel skills
