Private Duty Nurse RN

Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a Private Duty RN for day shifts to provide one-on-one skilled nursing care in patients’ homes. In this role, you’ll deliver pediatric and adult clinical care including assessments, medication administration, trach/vent care, wound care, and documentation while collaborating with families and the care team. You will follow individualized care plans, monitor changes in condition, and communicate with physicians and case managers.
