Encompass Health seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse to deliver specialized nursing care in our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. You will assess, plan, and implement individualized care plans, administer medications and treatments, monitor complex conditions, and coordinate with an interdisciplinary rehab team to promote safe, patient‑centered recovery. RNs will educate patients and families, document accurately in the EMR, and support discharge planning.
