PHYSICAL THERAPY ASSISTANT

VitalCaring is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapy Assistant to provide high-quality home-based care for patients across our service area. Working under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, you will deliver therapeutic exercises, gait training, and functional mobility interventions that help patients regain independence, manage chronic conditions, and remain safely at home. You’ll document care in the EMR, educate patients and caregivers, and collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team.
