  • Variable shifts: 6am - 6pm and 6pm - 6am, 7 days/week
  • Double coverage shifts M - F 10am - 10pm
  • Weekend double coverage: Sat - Sun 11am - 10pm
  • Typically scheduled for 12-hour shifts
  • 140 average patient encounters per shift
  • APC in urgent care -- 7:30am - 12am with overlapping shifts
  • Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
