• Pager call -- OB/GYN on-call coverage
• 250 - 300 deliveries per year; 21 - 25 deliveries per month
• Level I nursery facility
• No clinic -- available for CNM phone consultation
• C-sections, tubal ligations, and laparoscopic surgery required
• Laparoscopic surgery required -- no robotic surgery
• Leave coverage
• Hospital privileges required
