BoldAge PACE seeks a compassionate Physical Therapist to deliver evidence-based rehabilitation services to older adults in our coordinated care program. You will assess functional mobility, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide therapeutic interventions to improve strength, balance, and independence across home, clinic, and community settings.
