In the US, Clear Channel Outdoor operates in 44 of the top 50 media markets and features a fast-growing network of over 3,600 digital displays across roadside, transit and airport environments.Clear Channel Outdoor is looking for an Associate Digital Asset Operations Specialist responsible for supporting the lifecycle management of communications and technology assets that power Clear Channel Outdoor's nationwide digital display network. This role manages inventory, equipment fulfillment, shipping and receiving, asset tracking, RMA coordination, and configuration management data accuracy. Working closely with engineering, operations, and field teams, this position helps ensure that the right equipment is available, accurately tracked, and delivered where and when it is needed. Responsibilities include following established processes, maintaining system records, coordinating logistics activities, and performing basic equipment preparation and validation activities. This is an entry-level individual contributor (IC) role that focuses on asset lifecycle management, inventory operations, logistics coordination, and operational data accuracy. You will play an important part in helping to mature and improve asset lifecycle management processes, inventory controls, and operational workflows as the organization continues to grow.
The Enterprise Platform Engineering team is responsible for designing and maintaining a scalable, secure, and resilient infrastructure across our corporate and regional offices, in addition to our roadside assets. We are committed to innovation, ensuring our teams have the technology they need to drive business success and keep CCO at the forefront of the out-of-home advertising industry.
What You’ll Do…
Asset Lifecycle Management
- Receive and process requests for communications and technology equipment supporting Clear Channel Outdoor's digital display network.
- Track assets throughout their lifecycle, including deployment, replacement, return, repair, and retirement.
- Coordinate equipment fulfillment activities to ensure assets are delivered accurately and on time.
- Maintain accurate records within asset management systems, CMDB platforms, inventory databases, and other operational systems of record.
Inventory & Logistics Operations
- Manage shipping, receiving, and inventory control processes for communications and technology equipment.
- Receive returned equipment and coordinate inspection, disposition, recycling, repair, or vendor return activities.
- Coordinate return merchandise authorization (RMA) processes with vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain organized inventory storage areas and support periodic inventory audits and reconciliations.
- Ensure inventory availability supports operational and business requirements.
Asset & Data Management
- Maintain accurate records within asset management, configuration management (CMDB), monitoring, and operational systems.
- Capture and validate asset and configuration information to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
- Execute established procedures and runbooks supporting asset provisioning and deployment activities.
- Identify and resolve data discrepancies within inventory and configuration management systems.
- Support process improvement efforts that enhance data quality and operational efficiency.
Operational Support
- Prepare communications and networking equipment for deployment using documented procedures.
- Perform basic equipment validation, firmware updates, and operational checks as required.
- Collaborate with engineering, field operations, and technology teams to support equipment readiness and operational continuity.

Work Experience
- 1-3 years of experience in asset management, inventory management, logistics operations, service operations, customer support, administration, or a related operational role.
- Experience maintaining accurate records within inventory, asset management, service management, CRM, ERP, CMDB, or other systems of record.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines and maintaining a high degree of accuracy.
- Experience following documented procedures, workflows, or operational runbooks.Proven ability to work independently while coordinating activities across multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Strong organizational, written communication, and customer service skills.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and accountability are critical.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
- Experience with inventory management, ticketing, service management, or asset management platforms is preferred.
- Familiarity with communications, networking, or technology equipment is preferred but not required.
Education and Certifications
- Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Supply Chain, Operations or a combination of training, education or military experience, Management, or a related field preferred.
- Equivalent professional experience will be considered in lieu of formal education.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift and move equipment weighing up to 30-50 pounds.
- Ability to work within inventory and storage areas as needed.
- Ability to package, receive, and inspect technology equipment.
