Full job description

Encompass Health is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our inpatient rehabilitation team. In this role, you will evaluate and treat patients recovering from stroke, brain and spinal cord injury, orthopedic conditions, and complex medical events. You will design and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans to restore function, safety, and independence in daily activities. Working within an interdisciplinary team, you’ll collaborate with physicians, nurses, PTs, SLPs, and case managers, contribute to care conferences, and educate patients and families.
