Team Overview:

The Voice Integrations team is seeking a Engineer IV to help drive the evolution of our voice and communications ecosystem. This role is ideal for a highly motivated engineer who enjoys solving complex integration challenges, building scalable platforms, and collaborating across technology domains to deliver reliable solutions.

As a Engineer IV, you will design, develop, deploy, and support enterprise voice integration platforms and applications that enable client engagement, collaboration, and contact center capabilities. You will work with modern technologies including Java, Spring Boot, Kubernetes, Azure, Terraform, Jenkins, Helm, and MuleSoft, while helping advance our cloud, automation, and platform engineering strategy.

In this role, you'll partner with architecture, telecommunications, infrastructure, and product teams to build resilient, highly available solutions supporting voice, UCaaS, CCaaS, and CPaaS platforms. You'll have the opportunity to influence technical direction, drive modernization initiatives, and improve operational efficiency through automation.

What You'll Do

  • Design and develop cloud-native applications and integration services.
  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes.
  • Deploy and support applications in Kubernetes environments.
  • Develop Infrastructure as Code solutions using Terraform.
  • Create and support MuleSoft integrations and APIs.
  • Enhance platform reliability, observability, and operational excellence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise communication solutions.
  • Lead troubleshooting and resolution of complex production issues.
  • Contribute to Agile delivery practices and engineering best practices

What Experience You'll Need:

  • 7+ years of experience in platform engineering, software engineering, DevOps, systems integration, or related technical disciplines.
  • 5+ years of experience designing, developing, deploying, and supporting enterprise applications and integration platforms.
  • Full software development lifecycle experience, including design, development, deployment, release management, and production support.
  • Strong Java development expertise with Spring Boot, microservices, and cloud-native application architectures.
  • Experience building, integrating, and supporting RESTful APIs and MuleSoft-based enterprise integrations.
  • Proficiency with DevOps and automation tools, including Jenkins, CI/CD pipelines, Git, and Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
  • Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration technologies, including Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm.
  • Experience provisioning, deploying, and managing applications and cloud infrastructure within Microsoft Azure in Agile/Scrum environments.
**Candidates that live within a commutable distance from our Tempe, AZ and St. Louis, MO home office locations are expected to work in the office four days per week effective June 1, 2026.
