• Weekend coverage -- 9 am - 5 pm with call (30 min response time)
• 15 - 18 patients per shift
• Inpatient setting
• Call volume: 3 - 5 phone consults per 24 hours
• Call back rate: 30% -- locums call covers unassigned patients
