Zaxby’s is seeking a driven General Manager to lead day-to-day operations of a fast-casual restaurant specializing in chicken favorites and Southern-inspired sides. In this role, you will oversee staffing, scheduling, and training, ensuring high-quality food, speed of service, and a memorable guest experience. You’ll manage inventory, ordering, and cash controls, uphold food safety and cleanliness standards, and analyze sales to drive profitability. The General Manager mentors and develops team members, builds a positive, hospitality-focused culture, and supports community involvement while meeting brand standards and operational goals.
