In this role, you'll engage with vacationing guests, introduce them to the benefits of Westgate Resorts, and qualify families for our resort preview presentations. What You’ll Do:
- Engage guests in a professional and friendly manner to promote Westgate Resorts and invite qualified individuals to attend a 90-minute resort preview presentation.
- Educate guests on available promotional offers and incentives, including attraction tickets, resort stays, and vacation packages.
- Qualify prospective guests according to company guidelines while delivering exceptional customer service.
- Accurately process point-of-sale transactions, including cash and credit card payments, while maintaining proper financial controls.
- Maintain a professional appearance and represent the Westgate brand with enthusiasm and integrity.
- Stay informed about current promotions, resort offerings, and attraction pricing to effectively communicate value to guests.
- Participate in off-site marketing events, conventions, and other high-traffic venues as business needs require.
