Labor & Delivery RN

Cone Health seeks a skilled Labor & Delivery RN for an in-house traveler night shift role in our Greensboro, NC facility. In this position, you will deliver compassionate, evidence-based care to laboring patients and newborns, monitoring maternal-fetal status, administering medications, and assisting with deliveries and obstetric procedures. You will collaborate closely with physicians, midwives, and interdisciplinary teams to manage routine and high-risk labors, respond to emergencies, and educate families.
