Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 5 pm -- no weekends or holidays
Average 23 scheduled patients per physician per day
Outpatient clinic only -- no hospital or inpatient coverage
General neurology and headache patients -- 100% adult population
Botulinum toxin (Botox) administration preferred
Coverage across two clinic locations -- split schedule available
Board certification required
Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
Assignment details and time entry in online portal
