Infection Control RN

Kent Regency, a skilled nursing and rehab center in Warwick, RI, seeks an Infection Control RN to lead our infection prevention program. You will monitor infection trends, conduct surveillance, and ensure compliance with CDC, CMS, and state guidelines. Responsibilities include staff education, auditing practices, managing outbreaks, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to develop safe care plans.
