VitalCaring is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to provide home-based nursing care for home health and hospice patients. In this field role, you’ll perform assessments, administer medications and treatments, support symptom management, and educate patients and families. You’ll collaborate closely with RNs, therapists, and physicians to deliver clinically excellent, patient-centered care.
