Retail Pharmacy Manager

As a Pharmacy Manager at Walmart, you will lead daily pharmacy operations within a high‑volume retail setting, ensuring safe, accurate, and efficient dispensing of medications. You’ll oversee clinical services such as immunizations, medication therapy management, and patient counseling while maintaining compliance with state and federal regulations. You will coach and schedule pharmacy associates, manage inventory and controlled substances, and optimize workflow to deliver excellent customer service.
