Registered Nurse Educator

Wellstar Health System is seeking a Registered Nurse Educator to support clinical excellence across our Georgia facilities. In this role, you will design, deliver, and evaluate evidence-based education for nursing staff and interprofessional teams. Responsibilities include onboarding new nurses, developing competency-based training, leading skills labs and simulations, and supporting quality and safety initiatives. You will collaborate with nursing leadership to assess learning needs, update curricula, and mentor clinicians.
