Physician: Endocrinologist

St. Luke's Health System in Boise, Idaho is seeking a BC/BE Endocrinologist to join a collaborative, patient-centered team. Minimum Qualifications:

• Education: MD/DO from accredited medical school

• BC/BE in Specialty

• Active, unrestricted medical license in the state of practice

• Current licenses with full prescriptive authority from the Federal DEA and Idaho Board of Pharmacy

• Eligibility to obtain Medical Staff Privileges with St. Luke's Health System
