Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC Home Health Experience Physical Therapist License in MI Minimum Education Requirement: Doctoral
Assignment Details Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Days: Monday through Friday No on-call requirement Mileage is reimbursed between visits, from first patient to last patient Coverage area includes Delta County and portions of Dickinson and Menominee Counties within a 1-hour radius of Escanaba
