Full job description
Our client, in Aberdeen SD, a leading medical products manufacturer, is seeking a Production Worker to join their team. As a Production Worker, you will be part of the Production Department supporting the Shipping and Quality teams. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, reliability, and a strong work ethic which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Production Worker
Location: Aberdeen SD
Pay Range: $17.50 - $19.50/hr Depending on Shift
What’s the Job?
- Package medical products into boxes for shipment
- Tape and label packages accurately
- Inspect products for quality defects
- Prepare shipments according to company standards
- Perform general manual labor tasks including light lifting and moving materials
What’s Needed?
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to stand for entire shift and perform repetitive motions
- Physical capability for bending, twisting, squatting, and reaching
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to follow defined procedures and work direction
What’s in it for me?
- Payrate: $17.50 - $19.50/hr Depending on Shift
- Shift Options: Full Time
Rotation: 8 to 4 pm (Week 1)
4 pm to 11 am (Week 2)
Night Shift: 12 am – 7 am - Opportunity to work in a clean, safe environment
