The Advanced Cardiovascular Technician is responsible for entering all Holter Monitor and/or Cardiac Event Monitor studies in cardiac software, ensuring compliance for joint commission, in addition to all responsibilities for the CV Tech. This role will act as lead when leader is not available and be responsible for the day to day operation of the department.Position Details:
Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support)
Other: Ability to read and communicate effectively in English. Basic computer knowledge.
Preferred Experience: One Year of Experience or previous on-the-job training or training through an Allied Health program.
Preferred Certifications: CCT or CRAT through CCI or CET through American Allied Health.
Preferred Other: Additional languages preferred.
Physical Requirements:
• Position requires individuals to push, pull, and/or lift 50 pounds on a regular basis.
• Position requires prolonged standing and walking each shift.
• Position requires the ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat to perform duties.
