Minimum Requirements
* Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
* Active Ohio Occupational Therapy license is required to start the position.
* Outpatient orthopedic experience required.
* Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) preferred.
* Experience with direct access to referring physicians or collaboration with physician referrals.
* Familiarity with WebPT or similar electronic medical records preferred.
* BLS Certification may be required from AHA or ARC.

Role Details
* Position type: Outpatient occupational therapy in Fairborn, OH.
* Shift: Days. Schedule: Monday-Friday with flexible scheduling options.
* Typical caseload: Approximately 11-12 patients per 8-hour day.
* Support staff provided.
* Clinic tools: WebPT and Prediction Health AI available to support clinical documentation and decision-making.
