Registered Nurse Critical Care Resource Pool

Intermountain Health seeks a Registered Nurse for our Critical Care Resource Pool to deliver high-acuity patient care across multiple hospital units. In this role, you will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate evidence-based nursing care for complex patients, collaborating closely with physicians, respiratory therapists, and interdisciplinary teams. You will float to ICU and other critical care settings, respond to rapid changes in patient condition, support families, and mentor peers.
