Lutheran Social Services (LSS) seeks a Building Maintenance Technician to keep our behavioral health, housing, and family service facilities safe, functional, and welcoming. In this hands-on role, you will perform routine and preventive maintenance, troubleshoot and repair basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry issues, and respond to urgent requests that impact clients and staff. Working in a mission-driven, faith-based environment, you’ll partner with program teams to ensure spaces support quality care and services while growing your skills in a supportive, values-based nonprofit setting.
