Position Title:

Golf Call Center Agent

Job Description:

Responsible for general customer service duties and assisting the golf administraiton staff with day-to-day operations. Performs other related duties as required.

Typical Duties:

• Answers phone calls and books reservations for customers.
• Checks customers in for simulator bookings.
• Completes point-of-sale transactions for simulator rentals.
• Assures golf carts are clean and staged in an orderly fashion.
• Assists with practice area and driving range operations and management.
• Responsible for cleanliness of office and simulator rooms.

• Assists in other golf operations as requested.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Demonstrated knowledge of golf industry and golf standards. 
• Outstanding communications, public relations, and customer service skills.
• Ability to keep accurate records and maintain proper accounting of fees, purchases, and other activities.
• Ability to perform basic janitorial work.
