Orthopedic Surgeon – Sports/Upper Extremity (Total Shoulder) | Charlotte, NC | EDRP/Sign On Bonus-Authorized
The Salisbury VA Health Care System is seeking a full-time, board-certified Sports/Upper Extremity fellowship-trained Orthopedic Surgeon with expertise in Total Shoulder procedures to join our dynamic team at the Charlotte Health Care Center.
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver comprehensive surgical and clinical orthopedic care to our nation's Veterans
- Contribute to the growth of outpatient and revision total joint programs
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team under the guidance of the Orthopedic Section Chief
Who We’re Looking For:
- Medical degree (MD or DO) and completion of an accredited orthopedic surgery residency
- Board certified or eligible; fellowship-trained strongly preferred
- Experience in total joint replacement/revision (preferred)
- Full, unrestricted medical license in any U.S. state or territory
- U.S. Citizenship required (non-citizens considered only if no qualified citizens are available per VA policy)
