Clinical Pharmacist

Encompass Health is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to support our inpatient rehabilitation hospital within the Healthcare & Medical Services department. You will ensure safe, evidence-based medication use by reviewing orders, preparing and dispensing medications, and monitoring therapeutic outcomes for a diverse rehab population. In close collaboration with physicians, nurses, and therapy teams, you will optimize pharmacotherapy, prevent adverse drug events, and educate patients and families.
