We are a leading company in the wireless broadband communications industry looking for talented professionals with a winning attitude.


Job Description

1. Lead U.S. site construction and facilities system setup, including planning, design review, construction, budget and schedule control, acceptance, handover.
2. Plan facilities infrastructure based on manufacturing processes, capacity needs, product requirements, and future expansion, including power, UPS/backup power, HVAC, exhaust, compressed air, vacuum, process cooling water, water/drainage, fire alarm, evacuation, security, energy monitoring, BMS/FMCS, and digital facilities platforms.
3. Oversee standardization of building and facilities systems, including design standards, system standards, acceptance criteria, testing, handover process, and technical documentation to support mass production and long-term operations.
4. Establish daily facilities operation and reliability management, including preventive/predictive maintenance, spare parts control, downtime risk management, annual maintenance planning, critical equipment stability, and emergency response.
5. Ensure facilities projects, equipment, and operations comply with U.S. regulations and company requirements, including OSHA, EPA, NFPA, NEC, ANSI, building/fire codes, environmental permits, audits, and customer requirements.
6. Work with the EHS team to establish safety, fire protection, energy, environmental, and contractor safety management systems, including emergency response, disaster recovery, BCP drills, critical backup plans, and risk prevention.
7. Drive energy management, sustainability, and cost optimization in line with ESG and carbon reduction goals, including energy KPIs, monitoring, energy-saving projects, ISO 50001/14001/45001 support, OPEX/CAPEX control, ROI/Payback analysis, and long-term equipment planning.
8. Recruit, build, develop, and train the U.S. facilities team, including workforce planning, roles and responsibilities, competency matrix, support mechanism, and training plans.
