• Courses are in-person and on-campus for the Spring 2027 Semester (01/04/2027 - 04/23/2027)

Course: Intro to General, Organic, and Biochemistry Lab

This lab course is designed to compliment and support the principles being addressed in CHM-101. Students learn basic lab techniques related to general and organic chemistry, building upon and strengthening foundational knowledge such as stoichiometry and reaction types. Additionally, some topics are addressed from a biochemical standpoint to highlight application to daily living.

What You Will Do:

• Facilitate classroom lecture and discussions
• Engage students in learning course objectives and topics
• Assess student performance and mentor success in the classroom
• Provide a positive example to students by supporting the University’s Doctrinal Statement, Ethical Position Statement, and Mission of Grand Canyon University

Qualifications:

• Preferred: Master’s or Doctorate in Chemistry

• Minimum: Master’s in any field with 18 graduate credit hours in Chemistry
