Senior Manager, Visual Merchandising

Duluth Trading Company is seeking a Senior Manager, Visual Merchandising to lead the strategy and execution of in‑store presentations across our retail fleet. You will develop seasonal visual concepts that bring our durable, functional workwear and outdoor apparel to life, translating brand storytelling into clear, shoppable layouts, fixtures, and signage. Partnering with Merchandising, Marketing, and Store Operations, you’ll create guidelines, floor sets, and window programs, then coach store teams to deliver consistent, customer‑focused execution that drives traffic, conversion, and sales while honoring Duluth’s practical, down‑to‑earth brand culture.
