Outpatient Clinic Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Tufts Medical Center seeks a compassionate LPN for our outpatient clinics in Boston. In this role, you will provide direct patient care, including vital signs, medication administration, immunizations, and point-of-care testing. You will prepare patients and exam rooms, assist providers with exams and minor procedures, and document care in the EHR. The LPN collaborates with an interdisciplinary team, supports patient education, coordinates follow-up and referrals, and upholds infection control and safety standards in a collaborative, academic, and community-focused environment.
