Full job description

Mercy is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join our day-shift inpatient team. The PT will evaluate and treat diverse adult and geriatric patients to restore mobility, reduce pain, and improve functional independence. Responsibilities include comprehensive assessments, evidence-based treatment planning, gait and balance training, post-surgical rehabilitation, and clear documentation in the EMR. You’ll collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and case managers, educate patients and families, and support safe discharges.
