Mercy is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist for our Hazelwood facility. In this role, you will assess, plan, and deliver evidence-based rehabilitation services to diverse patient populations. Responsibilities include performing comprehensive evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, and providing therapeutic interventions to restore function, mobility, and independence.
