In this role, you will evaluate and treat adults with speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders across diverse medical diagnoses. You’ll collaborate closely with physicians, nursing, rehab, and care management to develop evidence-based, patient-centered treatment plans, provide education to patients and families, and ensure thorough documentation.
