Full job description
As a Licensed Practical Nurse in a senior care setting, you provide hands-on nursing care to geriatric residents, including assessments, medication and treatment administration, and support with daily activities. You help develop and update care plans, closely monitor changes in condition, communicate with the interdisciplinary team, residents, and families, and document care accurately. You contribute to a safe, respectful environment and support quality improvement and best nursing practices.
