Nursing Manager

St. David's Medical Center seeks a Nursing Manager for our state-of-the-art Neurological unit. This leadership role oversees daily operations, staffing, and clinical quality to ensure safe, patient-centered care. The Nursing Manager will mentor and evaluate nursing staff, coordinate interdisciplinary care, manage budgets, support compliance with regulatory standards, and drive performance improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate is an experienced RN leader with strong neurology or acute care background, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to compassionate, evidence-based practice in a collaborative team environment.
