Licensed Physical Therapist

Encompass Health is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist for our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. In this role, you will evaluate and treat patients recovering from stroke, brain and spinal cord injuries, orthopedic surgeries, and other serious illnesses. You will develop and implement individualized treatment plans, provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team including physicians, nurses, and therapists. Responsibilities include patient and family education, accurate documentation, participation in care conferences, mentoring when appropriate, and contributing to quality and safety initiatives in a patient-centered, mission-driven setting.
