Oncology Nurse Manager

TriStar Health seeks an experienced Oncology Nurse Manager to lead clinical operations for an inpatient and/or outpatient oncology unit. This role oversees nursing staff, patient flow, and quality/safety initiatives while ensuring evidence-based, compassionate cancer care. Responsibilities include staffing, scheduling, performance management, and collaboration with physicians and multidisciplinary teams.
