Columbia Association is hiring enthusiastic, dependable teachers for our School Age Services program, serving 20 elementary schools throughout Howard County. Schedule: Monday–Friday during the school year. Afternoon start times vary by school, with shifts ending at 6 p.m. Responsibilities:** * Provide safe, engaging supervision for school-age children. * Lead arts and crafts, games, outdoor play, and educational activities. * Assist with homework and encourage positive friendships. * Communicate professionally with families and coworkers. * Maintain organized program spaces and follow child care policies.
