Job Summary:


We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to set up, operate, and maintain CNC machines used to manufacture precision parts and components. The CNC Machinist will be responsible for interpreting technical drawings, ensuring quality standards are met, and making program or tooling adjustments as necessary to maintain production efficiency and accuracy. This role requires strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and experience working with tight tolerances.

Hours: Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:20pm

Responsibilities:

  • Set up and operate CNC machines including mills, lathes, and other automated equipment to produce precision parts.

  • Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to determine machining operations and tolerances.

  • Load and modify CNC programs as needed to ensure accurate production.

  • Select and install appropriate tooling, fixtures, and materials for machining operations.

  • Monitor machine performance and make adjustments to maintain product quality and efficiency.

  • Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges to ensure compliance with specifications.

  • Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical or program-related issues.

  • Maintain accurate production and quality records.

  • Follow all company safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment.

  • Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams to resolve machining issues and improve processes.
