Renal Clinical Nurse Coordinator

As a Renal Clinical Nurse Coordinator at HCA Healthcare, you will coordinate and deliver specialized nursing care to patients with acute and chronic kidney conditions. In this role, you’ll assess patient needs, develop and implement individualized care plans, and collaborate closely with nephrologists, interdisciplinary teams, and dialysis providers. You will provide patient and family education on renal disease, treatment options, and lifestyle management, ensuring continuity of care from admission through discharge. You’ll support quality improvement initiatives, mentor nursing staff, and uphold evidence-based, patient-centered practices in a fast-paced hospital environment.
